man faye on the tonight show?

I totally missed this when it first aired! I just caught it on reruns tonight, haha. This may be old news, but meh, for those who dunno. Anyhow, back in April, The Tonight Show had a correspondent segment with Brian Herzlinger (the comedian/filmmaker, known for that movie "My Date With Drew.") He went to the Hollywood auditions for an upcoming Sci-Fi Channel reality show called "Who Wants To Be a Superhero?" It's basically where you invent and become your own comic book style superhero: costume, persona, and all. I'd assume they whittle it down to a winner, who would get a contract with Marvel Comics (and an eventual stint on a show like "The Surreal Life" or "Reality Stars Fear Factor" hahaha).

And one of the people in line, which they interviewed, was none other than MAN FAYE. Not that he's really a superhero, I guess he just figured it was another cosplay/nerd event out in the Los Angeles area ^_^ It was funny, because he described himself as "the world famous..." to which Brian said, "Oh, okay." And his special powers somehow involve his ass, who woulda guessed? Pretty good length interview with him and the other people, and worth checking out. Nah, the pic is hot. People are just lazy, I can relate to that haha. I'm just surprised that there's no remarks on the funny stuff in that Tonight Show segment, or etc. Keep in mind, as much as Livejournal claims to be a "journal," it's really a messageboard at heart. Especially in the case of 7th Step. And in that, should come discussion. Or if nothing else, quick quips. ^_^;

Haha, good stuff. If anything, I was thinking that Will shoulda been there to give him some competition. But then again, much like Man Faye, his character is half based on one that already existed (so it's not "an original superhero" per se).
